BCLC seeks Marketing Services

BCLC has issued a Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) for Marketing Services on BC Bid in order to pre-qualify a list of experienced marketing agencies and freelancers that can provide marketing communications, freelance services as well as media buying and planning and digital services for its various lines of business.
BCLC has a wide variety of business needs and seeks a diverse portfolio of strategic partners to strengthen and expand both depth and breadth of marketing expertise.

Only successful proponents who meet the minimum threshold set out for the pre-qualification will be invited to respond to the subsequent phases of the RFPQ.

The chosen vendor(s) may be called upon for services as required, but there is no specific volume of work tied to this RFPQ.

The contract will be for five years with an option to extend on an annual basis up to an additional five years, at BCLC’s sole discretion.

The bid for pre-qualification will close on March 14, 2016.

The objective of this public procurement process is to provide value for money by ensuring that public funds are spend in a transparent, efficient and fair manner.

Vendors with a variety of backgrounds and portfolios are encouraged to apply. View the RFPQ here.
