BCLC Service Plan 2014/15–2016/17

BCLC’s 2014/15–2016/17 Service Plan outlines our plans and strategies to deliver sustainable and growing revenues to the Province of British Columbia while creating memorable entertainment experiences for our players over the next three years.

In 2014/15, we plan to deliver $1.19 billion to the Province of British Columbia that will provide a multitude of benefits to its residents. Our corporate goals, objectives and performance measures are presented in this document, explaining what we need to achieve and why it is important, in addition to how we will measure our success. Our Service Plan reflects our desire to grow the benefits our business creates for British Columbia.

BCLC is committed to establishing a strong gambling entity that is set up for success in the long term. We will continue our strong focus on organizational performance and re-invigorating revenue growth through exploring new ways of looking at our business. At the same time, investments we make to strengthen our business will be balanced with cost management in order to provide value to the Province.
