After seeing the three “25 Years,” symbols, Justin immediately ran back into the store to have it validated before throwing his hands up in celebration.
“I kept trying to call my wife to tell her the good news, but she was still sleeping,” recalls Justin. “So I gave up, rushed home and woke her up. When I finally told her I had won, she just kept staring at me like I was crazy. She didn’t believe me.”
Justin and his wife have only been married for five months are expecting their first child in August. Justin chose to take the annuity payments of $1,000 a week for 25 years. “It has consistent long term security,” he smiled.
