Darling Dad to share $675,000 Set for Life win

Brian Patterson of Surrey isn’t just any dad. He’s a darling dad who plans to help his daughters with his $675,000 Set for Life win.

“I have experienced every positive emotion,” exclaimed Patterson. “I scratched my ticket and here I am, ‘Set for Life!’”

Patterson plans to help out his family by first buying his two daughters new cars complete with car seats for his grandkids.

As for the darling dad, he’s going to live out his dream life.

“I always wanted to buy property and now I can do that,” smiled Patterson. “I’m going to retire and enjoy life like I have always dreamed.”

The winning Set for Life ticket was purchased at the Avalon Husky Market in Surrey.

Every time a Scratch & Win ticket is purchased in B.C., it funds programs across the province. Learn more here. BCLC offers socially responsible gambling entertainment while generating income to benefit all British Columbians. Remember, play for fun, not to make money. For more information visit
