Our Performance

Social Responsibility (SR) is our opportunity to be a positive catalyst socially, environmentally and economically, and is the opportunity to be a transparent creator of benefits in all areas our business touches.

We adopted a new SR Charter in 2015, outlining our commitment to socially responsible business practices. In 2014, we released for the first time a stand-alone social responsibility report detailing our 2013/14 SR performance and 2014/15 SR plans. This report helps us track and monitor actual performance against our commitments to identify achievements and progress. All of our social responsibility efforts align with our four corporate goals - Player, People, Public and Profit. These represent the areas that are most important to our stakeholders and communities.

  • Player:  Keeping responsible gambling at the heart of our business.
  • People: Creating a fun and engaging work environment with a strong culture.
  • Public: Supporting our communities, nurturing partnerships and cultivating sustainable actions.
  • Profit: Generating economic activity and creating benefits for British Columbians.
