It was a life-altering day for Arden Whalley after discovering his recent $58,070.10 Lotto 6/49 win from the April 6, 2022 draw.
“I didn’t believe I won,” he explained. “I told my son and he didn’t believe it either… I checked it numerous times because I just couldn’t believe it was real!”
On how it feels to win the lottery?
“Awesome, incredible, life-changing!”
Whalley has a few plans for his win, including taking a trip back East to visit family and gifting some to his son, but not before he splurges on some mustache grooming.
The Surrey resident purchased his ticket from the Highway Town Pantry & Triple O’s in Langley and was at home in his living room when he checked his ticket on BCLC’s Lotto! App.
