Mohamed Moustarzak had to double-check he wasn’t dreaming upon finding out he scored exactly $79,687.30 from the Lotto 6/49 Draw on May 7, 2022.
The Surrey resident purchased the ticket from London Drugs on King George Boulevard and was at home when he decided to call BCLC’s winning numbers line to check his ticket.
“I didn’t believe myself I had to call again to double-check and then I realized it’s me, he recalled. “These are my numbers!”
Moustarzak has plans to put his prize towards a house purchase.
“Of course, I’m excited… I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming,” he added.
