By downloading a photo, video or graphic from the asset library (the “Content”), you agree to comply with the following media terms and conditions in addition to BCLC’s Terms of Use.

1. All Content is licenced for editorial use-only and made available royalty-free for news media purposes.
2. You will not alter the Content in any way.
3. You will not use the Content for commercial purposes.
4. You will not distort Content in perspective or appearance, or change the Content in any manner whatsoever.
5. You may only use the Content on web pages and print that make accurate references to BCLC, and its products or services as applicable, with such references on the same page as the Content.
6. You will display the Content such that it is clear to the viewer that the web page or printed material is yours and not that of BCLC. In particular, you must also display, in the primary and more prominent position, your own page title, trademarks, and logos as applicable.
7. You will include proper credit for the Content in a caption that should read: Photo courtesy of BCLC.
8. BCLC reserves the right to withdraw or amend, at its sole discretion, permission to use any Content, and may request any party that has previously been granted permission to change or discontinue use. BCLC also reserves the right to pursue any use that does not conform to BCLC’s Terms of Use and these media terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time.
