Partnerships That Connect Us

At BCLC, we believe in the power of human connection. Whether it’s through the excitement of a shared win or the pride of knowing your play gives back to BC, we proudly support opportunities for people to come together and feel part of something bigger.

Featured Partnership

Nourish the Neighbourhood

BCLC is a proud partner of Canucks Sports and Entertainment (CSE). We recently collaborated with their team to host Community Connect: Nourish the Neighbourhood, an event at Rogers Arena where employee volunteers from BCLC and CSE joined together to connect with and provide nourishing meals to over 1,000 members of Vancouver's Downtown Eastside community. It was an uplifting experience to help bring people together to share a meal, vital local resources and good conversation, because we believe that when we feel more connected to each other and our communities, together we win.

Supporting arts programming to bring people together

Supporting community has always been part of our DNA. In the Kamloops community, where our head office has been headquartered since 1985, BCLC has several partnerships with local non-profit arts organizations, as well as the City of Kamloops. We’re proud to support important arts programming that brings people together for shared, creative experiences and that helps make our city vibrant and fun.

We believe when we feel more connected to each other, our communities and our province, together we win.

Sponsorship applications

At BCLC, we bring people together through shared moments of entertainment. By doing so we help our communities and province thrive because together we win. We’re proud to support organizations and events that share our commitment to promoting human connection and strengthening communities across B.C.

We offer two distinct sponsorship application pathways.

  • Corporate Sponsorships
  • Indigenous Sponsorships

Corporate Sponsorships

Building meaningful relationships through partnerships is an integral component of our social purpose to generate win-wins for the greater good by fostering human connection and helping to reduce social isolation. We prioritize sponsorships that help us create opportunities for people to come together and feel part of something bigger than themselves.

More information on the Corporate Sponsorship evaluation criteria can be found here.

Indigenous Sponsorships

The Indigenous sponsorships program supports BCLC’s reconciliation approach, which includes building meaningful relationships with Indigenous Peoples in B.C., ongoing education, and opportunities to support employment and economic outcomes.

More information on the Indigenous sponsorship evaluation criteria can be found here.

Eligible events may focus on arts, culture, sports, community, employment,or economic development.
