Abbotsford Peer Support for Seniors

The goal of the Abbotsford Peer Support Network is to offer empathy, guidance and information to seniors from a group of highly trained volunteers of a similar age. The Province of B.C.’s Community Gaming Grants program helps fund the organization, which provides a peer counsellor network and hosts initiatives that positively impact seniors in the community, including the “Good Morning” program that offers a phone call each morning to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
