Sid Williams Theatre

 In 2018 and 2019, $105,000 of the City’s share of provincial gaming revenue for hosting Chances Playtime Courtney went to support Sid Williams Theatre, a performing arts hub and community space in operation since 1971. Funds were used to keep the venue accessible and affordable to all members of the community, while also enabling the Sid to co-present Centre Stage outreach events with local partner organizations who may not otherwise be able to access the venue.
