It’s regarded as a safe and welcoming facility that supports lifelong learning. $40,000 of provincial gaming revenue from Chances Terrace connected the library with the art gallery on the lower level—thanks to the addition of an elevator—making the building and all of its learning experiences accessible to everyone.
