Partnerships That Connect Us

At BCLC, we believe in the power of human connection. Whether it’s through the excitement of a shared win or the pride of knowing your play gives back to BC, we proudly support opportunities for people to come together and feel part of something bigger.

Featured Partnership

Nourish the Neighbourhood

BCLC is a proud partner of Canucks Sports and Entertainment (CSE). We recently collaborated with their team to host Community Connect: Nourish the Neighbourhood, an event at Rogers Arena where employee volunteers from BCLC and CSE joined together to connect with and provide nourishing meals to over 1,000 members of Vancouver's Downtown Eastside community. It was an uplifting experience to help bring people together to share a meal, vital local resources and good conversation, because we believe that when we feel more connected to each other and our communities, together we win.

Supporting arts programming to bring people together

Supporting community has always been part of our DNA. In the Kamloops community, where our head office has been headquartered since 1985, BCLC has several partnerships with local non-profit arts organizations, as well as the City of Kamloops. We’re proud to support important arts programming that brings people together for shared, creative experiences and that helps make our city vibrant and fun.

We believe when we feel more connected to each other, our communities and our province, together we win.

PNE partnership

BCLC is a founding partner of the new Freedom Mobile Arch – a new state of the art outdoor entertainment venue at Hastings Park in Vancouver. At the heart of this partnership is the creation of the BCLC Backyard, a new open-air section at the venue that will bring people together through shared moments of entertainment. British Columbians and visitors alike will be able to take in concerts, arts exhibitions, fairs, festivals and more. The venue is set to open in the Summer of 2026 with seating for 10,000 people.

We are proud to partner with organizations like the PNE that help foster human connection and vibrant communities.

BCLC’s Community Ticketing Program

Calling all charities and non-profits! Each year, BCLC and our select partners invites organizations to apply for complimentary tickets to events for their clients and employees to enjoy. Since 2021, it’s been our way of saying thanks for all the vital work they do in our province.

We hope that by offering entertaining experiences for local non-profits and charities to share with colleagues, family and friends, we can help B.C. shine a little brighter.

BCLC’s Community Hero Program

Kicking off for another season, BCLC is giving back to those who give back – and you can help! Along with our partners - the Vancouver Canucks, Abbotsford Canucks and the BC Lions – we’re excited to once again recognize everyday heroes from across B.C.

We want people who inspire connection in their community to feel seen and valued for their efforts. Do you know someone who makes a difference every day? Help celebrate them together with an experience they will never forget!
