BCLC has released four reports detailing its performance in fiscal year 2017/18 in the areas of financial performance, social responsibility, executive compensation and service provider commissions.

BCLC’s results in these areas strike the right balance between creating outstanding entertainment experiences for players and upholding social responsibility – from new content and distribution of key product categories, to a strategy and evaluation framework that focus on player health.

BCLC posted a net income of $1.401 billion in fiscal year 2017/18, exceeding the previous year’s net income by $61.5 million. Full details of BCLC’s financial performance are in the 2017/18 Annual Service Plan Report.

Managing business in a socially responsible manner is key to achieving BCLC’s vision. The 2017/18 Social Responsibility Report shares results of efforts, and how gambling revenue supports B.C. communities.

The 2017/18 Gambling Service Provider Commissions Report outlines BCLC’s current compensation model, and amounts earned by casino and community gaming Service Providers.

BCLC is required to disclose annually all compensation provided to the CEO and the next four highest paid executives. BCLC’s 2017/18 Statement of Executive Compensation is also on the Public Sector Employer’s Council Secretariat website.
