With two additional Top Prizes of $25,000 claimed from BCLC’s Concert of a Lifetime Scratch & Win ticket, there are seven Top Prize tickets left.
The 10 Top Prize ticket holders will be entered into a draw for the chance to win the Grand Prize — a suite at BC Place for 14 people for one of the biggest concerts of the year.
Ziyi Xiong from Toronto, Ontario was visiting Vancouver with friends when she purchased a ticket from the Marpole Chevron on Granville Street. She described winning $25,000 as “magical” and plans to use her prize to fly herself and her friends back to Vancouver should she win the Grand Prize. Xiong has “been a fan of this artist for a long time” and expressed that this unique ticket was the reason she chose to play the lottery for the first time.
Music lover Douglas Lenhart from Vancouver plans to use his $25,000 prize to purchase himself “something nice” and will celebrate his win over dinner with his family – who also share in his love of music. He describes his windfall as a nice “bonus” and would bring his wife, son and other family members to the concert if he won the Grand Prize. Lenhart purchased the winning ticket from the Town Pantry on Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver.
