Best gift ever? Thomas L. received a Set For Life ticket from his dad and ended up winning the top prize of $675,000.
“I was sitting at home, thinking ‘no way,’ this has to be a prank scratch [ticket],” recalled Thomas of the moment he realized he won. “I turned it over and read it a few times.”
To confirm his ticket was a winner, Thomas borrowed his dad’s phone to use BCLC’s Lotto! App.
