Lok Yan F. couldn’t believe her eyes when she learned that she matched 4/4 Extra numbers from the February 18, 2026, Lotto 6/49 draw, scoring her $500,000.
“I was relaxing at home and used the [BCLC Lotto!] App,” recalled Lok Yan. “I didn’t believe how many zeroes there were. I went to the mall to check on the machine and it said the same!”
The Vancouver resident first shared the news with her colleagues. “They were very happy!”
Lok Yan shared she wants to buy a “forever home” and plans to use her winnings toward a down payment.

“I am very, very, happy. I still think this is a dream. I can’t believe it!”
The winning ticket was purchased at a lotto kiosk at Lansdowne Centre in Richmond.
