Requests for changes and updates to the BCLC corporate site are done through creating Jira tickets, which get sent to the Digital Footprint team.

There are two ways to submit a Jira request, automatic and manual. Using the automatic method, fields are pre-filled and pre-populated, making submitting a request quick and easy. This section outlines how to use both methods.
