Adding Related Links or Items

After an article page is built, there is also a pre-set space to add additional items like documents and links that are related to the article. This is done by adding the Content Block: Related Items component above the Related Articles component (located in a container to the right of the body text).

Linking to Documents

In order to create a single source of truth for corporate documents on the site, please do not re-upload any documents. Always search the DAM first (either the documents or reports folder) to see if it already exists.

Then, either link to the file or link to the page which has the desired file.

If the document does not exist, upload the document. For instructions on uploading a document, see here.

For New Versions of an Existing Document:

• If you want to upload a new version of a document, make sure you use the same name for the changed document.
• Re-uploading the new document will overwrite the existing document automatically, keep the version history and all properties.

Existing Guidelines Around Related Links/Items:

• Winners articles must all have a “Where the money goes” link (See example here)
• Player health articles related to GameSense contain a “GameSense” link (See example here)
