Regional Prize Payout (RPP) locations across BC offer in-person prize claims for winnings up to $24,999.99.

Prizes can be paid in cash or cheque, at the location’s discretion. Processing times and hours of operation vary depending on your prize amount and chosen RPP location. View all locations.

What you can claim:

Prizes up to $9,999.99

RPP locations can process claims up to $9,999.99 during their regular operating hours. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for processing.

Prizes from $10,000 to $24,999.99

Larger claims are only processed Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays). Please allow approximately 45 minutes for processing.
