Khalida Noori will always remember her 2023 wedding anniversary, as this was the day that she purchased a $10 Jackpot Multiplier Scratch & Win ticket that won the top prize of $1 million.
“I came home that afternoon before picking up the kids,” recalled Noori. “I chose one ticket and scratched it and was in disbelief when I saw I had won, I was shaking!”
The Coquitlam resident called her husband immediately and he didn’t believe her, even referencing the phone call as her “joke of the day.” Noori validated her ticket using the BCLC Lotto! App but just to be sure, Noori and her husband visited BCLC’s Vancouver office before believing the win was real.
