BCLC is proud to give back to the citizens of B.C. and help communities grow. Revenue generated by gambling goes back to the Province of B.C. and is distributed in a variety of ways, including to communities through Host Local Government payments and the Province of B.C.’s Community Gaming Grants program.

Community Stories
New fire truck, water main upgrades and more
The City of Langley used a portion of its share of provincial gambling revenue generated at Cascades Casino Langley to support various community initiatives.
The City of Langley allocated $815,000 towards purchasing a new fire truck, $915,000 towards field drainage upgrades, and $2.2 million in water main upgrades.
Additionally, the City invested $1.5 million in upgrades for sanitary sewers and $600,000 in storm sewer culvert relining.
Langley School District Foundation partnership
Cascades Casino Langley contributed $10,000 annually to the Langley School District Foundation. These funds are directed to the high school meal program to help more than 1,000 high school student in Langley attending school without breakfast or lunch.
Did you know?
Cascades Casino Langley encourages patrons and employees to make donations to their Great Grocery Food Drive. In 2022, these efforts supported the local community with nearly 500lbs of non-perishable items and cash donated to the Langley Sources Food Bank.
