Our retailers

We have a large network of about 4,000 retailers selling lottery tickets to players across the province.

Our retailers are in convenience stores, major grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, BCLC branded lottery kiosks, and in bars and pubs across B.C. Our interactive map can help you locate the retailer nearest you.

Retailers play a key role in the success of our lottery business. We depend on our retailers to understand our products, provide excellent customer service, follow our standards, policies and procedures and maintain security and integrity. We set the standards, monitor compliance and take action if retailers are not meeting those standards.

Retailers enter into a Lottery Retailer Agreement with BCLC that sets out their roles and responsibilities.

Every retailer is certified and trained by us and must be registered by our regulator, the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.

There are a number of steps to becoming a lottery retailer. See related links for more information.
