Content Block: FAQ

This component is used to help users find answers to questions they have.

Usage Criteria

This component helps display a variety of questions commonly asked by users, along with answers to each one. This allows users to find solutions on their own, without having to contact customer support.

Do's and Don'ts

• Do add labels to groups of related FAQ components. This helps users identify whether their answer can be found in the group via reading the topic.
• Do not use this component to display anything other than frequently asked questions and answers. If you are looking for a component with a similar functionality for different content, consider using the Content Block: Accordion component.

Design Notes

Avoid using Content Block: FAQ component on pages other than FAQ. If it might be anticipated that a user will need help, consider adding the Content Block: Card > Contact component instead, that can link to the FAQ page and provide other methods of help.

This basic component is configured with a Question and Answer.
