This component gives users a way to share content on social media platforms.

Usage Criteria

This component allows users to easily share content that they are reading through a set number of social media platforms.

Do's and Don'ts

• Do use this component on single article pages.
• Do configure the width of this component; the maximum width on desktop should be 2 columns (see the article pages for examples).

Design Notes

If the page this component is being added to does not have a pre-existing template, use the Structure: Section Container to add content to the right of this component.

Configurable Options

In the configurable options, check off which social media options you would like to show.

Developer Notes

Additional Information

• Opengraph metadatas are added to HTML header when social component is added. The title is read from the article header on the same page if is there, else it will read the title of the page. The discription is the first 160 characters from the content fragment on the same page, else it will read from the description in the page properties.
