This component is used to let players know an error has occured.

Usage Criteria

This component helps display an error message that lets users know the page they were looking for could not be found. This happens when a link is broken or outdated, a page has been removed, or a user types in an incorrect URL.

Do's and Don'ts

• Do use consistent language and format on the error pages (otherwise known as "404" pages). In this case, the copy to follow is "We're sorry! PAGE NOT FOUND" followed by an automatically generated code.
• Do not use this component for pages other than error pages.

Including a CTA and image is highly recommended for this component, as it may ease potential frustration and give the user a way to move forward rather than being stuck on the page.

Configurable Options

This component is configured using the  title, description and a Target URL that directs users back to a working page.
